the first time

Hello dear ones,

Thank you for joining me in this grand adventure to discover what I learned about sex.

As this is a new young thing all bright and full of promise, the path to where this project may venture will certainly be winding, open and fluid.

At this very moment in time, I’m thinking I would like to explore different stories in my life.

Examining my own ingrained biases and their impact on me and those around me.

Reflecting on epiphanies and discoveries, heartbreaks and recoveries, throughout this ongoing journey of sexuality and identity.

Exploring topics like consent, misogyny, racism and other social issues as they relate to sex and sexuality.

Tapping into relevant news around the world that may catch my mind’s eye.

And of course, talking a lot about sex.

But we will just have to see where this road leads as we go.

My hope is that, as I explore within my own mind and body, it will help you explore yours as well. And perhaps when we explore together, we might help each other develop, heal and grow too.

Before I sign off this very first post, I feel compelled to disclose a little about myself.

To keep things simple:

I am not a certified educator, scientist, doctor, therapist or sex professional.

I am just a regular person looking to share experiences and explore topics with a community of like-minded adventurers.

Will you join me on this adventure into the sensual, the explicit and *gasp* the taboo?

I hope so.
